Engaging spiritual intelligence

Discovering spiritual intelligence is about moving beyond your limited awareness through meditation practise and understanding how to shape a fulfilling life. This involves navigating challenging situations with the right course of action, considering the impact on others, and aiming to bring happiness to those around you in the process. It requires an openness to approaches beyond your usual mindset. Engaging in this transformative process demands a higher level of awareness, that’s not evident in day to day living. Taking time out for experimentation is pretty important. It involves expanding your awareness of ‘self’ and enabling yourself to break free from the monotony of your old habits. As the saying goes, "if you always think the same way, you'll always get the same results." (paraphrased)

Seeking a genuine change involves more than just altering external aspects like lifestyle, identity, or appearance. True transformation delves into character, acknowledging the need for inner growth. Merely trying to gain recognition without genuine self-improvement lacks a spiritual basis. This kind of achievement will be unsatisfying and short-lived.

The desire for change should stem from a genuine aspiration to become a better person, understanding that previous habits and behaviours haven't led to happiness. Recognizing the root causes of your current situation, including ill-advised choices, is the first step. Accepting the consequences and enduring the discomfort is part of the process.

While difficulties may seem enduring, nothing lasts forever. Building spiritual resources and inner strength becomes pivotal for initiating positive changes, whether they are subtle or substantial. Gathering spiritual intelligence involves implementing strategies based on the principle of 'don't give sorrow, don't take sorrow.'

Daily meditation practices serve as a valuable tool, offering insights and bringing a sense of newness to the journey of self-discovery and growth.
